Sophie Rogers is a London-based artist whose practice incorporates 3D digital rendering, game engines, sound, and lo-fi electronics to produce video works and installations. She completed her MA at the Slade School of Fine Art in 2023.
Sophie is currently working on a video game project funded by Arts Council England, in partnership with The Photographers’ Gallery and Site Gallery. Her recent and upcoming international work includes a residency at La Virreina in Colombia (September 2026), a residency exchange supported by the British Council in collaboration with FACT (Liverpool) and Kinobeat (Porto Alegre, Brazil), and a 2024 residency at Casa Lu in Mexico City.
Her work has been exhibited at institutions and platforms including Tate Modern (Future Late, 2015), The Barbican Centre (2015), David Dale Gallery (2017), Format Festival (2021), Frieze Projects with Hymodernity (2022), and Giant Gallery (2023). She was the winner of Gazelli Art House’s 10-year anniversary prize in 2022. Alongside her exhibition practice, Sophie has produced commissions for Forma HQ, Boiler Room TV, Art Night, Universal Music, and Mansions of the Future.
